Drop-in times display lag

It seems there is occasionally a 1-2 second lag for drop-in times to be displayed. During this time, Penji indicates no tutoring is available causing a few students to leave thinking we aren't open. If the lag can not be fixed, then a "loading" message would be more appropriate.
